DESCRIPTION
Dreaming of working in a warmer climate while building an international career in customer service? Our client is looking for a Swedish and Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal.

In this role, you might be native level in one of the two languages, and able to handle customers with fluency for the second market.

Through a smartphone-based app and a range of tools including card readers, invoicing, and online store solutions, they enable merchants to manage sales, accept payments, and grow their business efficiently across Europe and South America.

What will you do?
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Support user onboarding and assist with new account creation
  • Help customers with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related questions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the app, card reader, and accessories
  • Assist with financial queries such as transactions, deposits, and reports
  • Provide clear and professional information about products and services
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving

REQUIREMENTS
