Our client is looking for Norwegian-speaking talent to join their expanding team in Warsaw! In this hybrid role, you'll combine customer support with soft sales – helping customers solve technical and billing issues while also identifying opportunities to recommend new products and services. And yes – there’s commission potential for every successful upsell.

About the role
As a Technical Support Agent, you'll provide 1st and 2nd line support for customers on-site in Warsaw. No two days are the same – you'll troubleshoot, assist, advise, and upsell in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where both customer satisfaction and performance bonuses are key.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to customers
  • Resolving billing issues and troubleshooting technical problems
  • Offering top-tier customer service across multiple channels
  • Recommending products and services based on customer needs (soft sales)
  • Communicating professionally in both Norwegian and English
  • Working full-time in rotating shifts, including some weekends

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
  • C1 level proficiency in Norwegian, strong B2 level in English
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable with soft sales and meeting sales targets
  • Confident communicator with persuasive abilities
  • Financially prepared to relocate to Poland
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends
