DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Customer support (pre-sales and post-sales) for security cameras and system users via calls and chats
- Handling requests for the following devices and systems: Wire-Free Security Cameras, Indoor Smart Home Cameras, Security Camera Systems, WiFi/PoE Cameras & NVRs.
- Assist customers in resolving technical problems with devices
- Collaborate with service engineers for technical support
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of German at a communicative level (min. B2+)
- Knowledge of English to understand the content of the training (min. B1+)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
- Higher education
- Interest in new technologies
