Join our dynamic team as a remote Inbound Customer Service Representative at United Call Centers, where you'll be integral to ensuring customer satisfaction in this innovative sector. We are constantly hiring for the following language pairs:
- German – Dutch / Dutch – German
- French – Spanish
- French – Italian
- Italian – Spanish
- Spanish – Portuguese
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in the green mobility industry.
- Manage inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information, resolve issues, and address customer concerns.
- Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver top-notch service.
- Adapt to rotating shifts in our 24/7 operation.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in one of the required language pairs (e.g., German – Dutch) with at least C1-level proficiency in the other language of the pair, along with strong English skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work as a self-employed person/freelancer.
