DESCRIPTION
- Deliver customer support via chat, email, and phone in Ukrainian and English.
- Make outbound calls when required to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service products.
- Assist customers with product features and troubleshooting.
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients while delivering excellent service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or near-native Ukrainian (C2).
- English (B2) or higher.
- EU Passport or a valid Portuguese residence/work permit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Motivated to work in an international and multicultural environment.
