DESCRIPTION
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support
- Assist customers with orders and provide relevant information
- Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
- Build strong relationships with customers through a professional and empathetic approach
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling
REQUIREMENTS
- Native level Dutch and fluent English C1
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal
- EU citizenship or valid work visa
- Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
- Customer focused with problem solving skills
