Your mission
Be the go-to person for customers — from answering product questions and troubleshooting technical issues to providing pre- and after-sales support and developing existing business relationships.
You’ll combine customer care, technical know-how and a commercial mindset to create great customer experiences and support business growth.
What you'll do
Support customers via voice, email and chat
Handle technical and billing inquiries and provide troubleshooting support
Guide customers through products, features and functionality
Deliver pre-sale and after-sale support
Escalate product safety or regulatory concerns through the defined channels
Manage and grow relationships with existing and new accounts
Develop strategies to grow revenue within your business portfolio
Prepare and deliver presentations and technical product demonstrations
Communicate with both B2B and B2C customers
What you bring
Excellent: Arabic
Very good English skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with voice support is an advantage
Sales experience is a plus
Technical curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
Confidence using digital tools and communicating with customers
Ability to build relationships and understand business needs
Your working model
Fully remote from Bulgaria
The role is primarily focused on daytime shifts, with occasional night shifts when business needs require it.
