About the company

Our client is a global leader in customer experience management and contact center services, delivering exceptional customer care in over 35 languages. With a diverse team across multiple countries, they provide first-line support and technical assistance for leading international brands in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

 

What will you do?

  • Support international travellers by clarifying service and payment inquiries
  • Communicate with customers and accommodation suppliers via email and phone
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by identifying and understanding customer needs
  • Mediate between parties and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Follow set procedures and accurately log all interactions
  • Work in a team-oriented environment to ensure service excellence
REQUIREMENTS
  • Icelandic C2 level and advanced English proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PC skills (Office 365, CRM, internal platforms)
  • Problem-solving mindset and solution-driven approach
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and business processes
  • Affinity with accommodation platforms
  • Previous customer service experience is valued
OFFER
  • 38.5h/week (Monday to Sunday), shift 09:00 - 20:00h
  • Temporary contract that goes to a permanent one after 3 months 
  • Relocation support is offered
  • Initial 3-week training with continued coaching
