DESCRIPTION
Is helping others in your nature? Our client is an international customer experience company, and they are looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative with a problem-solving mindset. You will support a leading global healthcare company, handling customers in the Finnish market.
What you'll do
- Give B2B and B2C customer support for the Finnish market
- Resolve inquiries mainly through inbound calls
- Handle back-office tasks, including emails, chats and work in internal applications
- Support several products across several markets
Your profile
- Native or C1 level Finnish, written and spoken
- Strong English, written and spoken (B2 or above), since you will also support the UK market
- Good computer skills
- Able to show empathy in writing
- An analytical mindset for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
- Good at managing your time and reaching goals
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00
In the future, the role may include some nights and weekends, depending on the project's needs
