Role: Dutch speaking Gaming Support Advisor

Salary: basic 1350 euro gross p/m plus fixed language bonus of €150 gross p/m plus uncapped bonus based on KPI (average €250-300/month)

Working hrs: Full-time between Monday-Friday 11:00-19:30

Relocation package: when relocating from outside of Cyprus, there will be a relocation package offered - you can choose between two options:

Option 1: Book your own flight and arrange your own accommodation – receive €1500 from the company

Option 2: Book your own flight (up to €300 refund for the flight cost) and stay in company accommodations for up to two months. First month “for free”, the second month for a cost of €100.

Besides this there is relocation assistance with all administration and assist with finding long-term accommodation.

As a Dutch speaking Gaming Support Advisor you will be working just a short stroll from the beach! You will be the first point of contact via email, chat or phone for players in regards to queries in relation to their console, network or account. Listening to your customers needs, taking ownership of their issues and first time resolution is important in this role.
