What will your daily mission be?

Handling calls from guests looking to book unforgettable stays at the group’s hotels;

Advising and persuading clients to confirm their reservations;

Managing emails and ensuring every request is answered with professionalism and care. 

What will make you shine in this role?

Fluency in Italian and English (or Portuguese);

Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.

Base Salary: 1089€

Italian Bonus: 128€

English Bonus: 35,70€
