As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance with their inquiries.

You will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments as necessary
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Continuously strive to improve the customer experience

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or a related field is considered a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience with customer service software and tools is a plus
