Location: Lisbon, Portugal – hybrid (mix of home and office work)

Salary: €23,000–€24,500 gross per year + performance bonus + benefits + food vouchers + monthly public transport allowance

Relocation package: €2,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with first salary)

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of new clients to help them develop and optimize their online advertising campaigns. You will analyze campaign data, provide strategic recommendations, and help clients achieve measurable growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns for assigned clients
• Analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
• Generate insights and performance reports
• Work towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in Polish and English
• Experience in digital marketing, PPC, or campaign optimization
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good Excel skills (Pivot Tables a plus)
