DESCRIPTION
We are looking for enthusiastic Native level German speaking team members to curate editorial content in real time for the customer to work in office in Lisbon. This is Monday to Friday, normal business hours
The daily task will be to provide evaluation, curation, Q&A support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing evaluation of content - assessing for quality and relevancy
Understands client needs for content curation and aligns to regional editorial policy
Researches, coordinates and uses judgment to decide on credibility of content
Proof reads, checks and maintains high quality of content consistently
Maintains close working relationships with team members, project and account managers
Provides daily reporting of activities
Perform calibrations session within internal team, with other location team or even with client as per instructed
To do Peer audits as a part of the process model and also to assist in training as per need
To coordinate with other team members for sharing best practices
Work independently and within a team
Communicate well with internal and external contacts as per requirement.
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously without any / minimal guidance or help from seniors or peers team members
Adhere to the company and client’s procedures, policies and guidelines
All KPI related tasks must be followed & adhered to avoid business impact
REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong writing and editing skills eg blogs, web pages, translations etc.
Ability to deliver content quickly, accurately and manage deadlines
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking native language – e.g. Native Level German along with English
Understand local market implications
At least 1-2 years of experience with content curation, candidates with editorial experience or journalism background preferred.
Daily reporting activities, monitoring checks, set up of results in multiple tools, database revision.
Should have the ability to multitask
Flexible to work on rotational shifts in a 24*7 environment
