Are you passionate about online Advertising and new technology and would you like to join one of the leading tech companies? Our client is now looking for Advertiser Support for the Polish market in Lisbon, Portugal!
Your main purpose in the role is to improve the advertising experience and satisfaction of customers by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding the users on our clients platform and helping them to use its tools and features.
What your job will consist of:
- Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses.
- Customer contacts with challenging questions/requests by Email and Chat
Requirements for candidates:
- Native or C2 level in Polish
- English fluency
- EU-passport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Experience in customer service is preferred
