As a Portuguese or a Swedish Customer Representative Agent, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal) or Swedish (written and verbal) (you only need to speak one of them).
• Fluency in English (for internal communication)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Have experience a Customer Representative role (mandatory)
