DESCRIPTION
- Support users via email in Swedish — clearly and efficiently.
- Stay sharp through regular training on publication rules, market trends and moderation best practices.
- Collaborate with your team and flag trends, common user issues and rule improvement opportunities.
- Manage complaints and disputes between buyers and sellers in line with platform policies.
- Facilitate returns, price adjustments and claims for damaged or lost packages.
- Process payments and refunds accurately, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Liaise with external partners to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Monitor and respond to fraud or policy violations, taking swift action when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Swedish and good English — written and spoken.
- Sharp decision-making in a fast-moving environment.
