DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive conversion for inbound and outbound new business acquisition for one of the leading AI companies worlwide. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge and a passion for consultative sales. Having curiosity, a commercial drive and a customer centric approach are critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling)
  • Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals
  • Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable
REQUIREMENTS
  • Language Skills: C1 level of Italian and B2 level of English
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, advanced client knowledge)
  • Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
  • Self-prospecting capabilities
  • Revenue/target-driven mindset
  • Experience managing or using databases

OFFER
  • Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary complemented by an uncapped bonus structure, directly rewarding your individual contributions and success without limitation. Your earning potential is entirely driven by your performance.
  • Base Salary: €24,000 gross/year
  • On-Target Bonus: €5,610 gross/year (completely uncapped)
  • Full-time (39 hours/week) position in Barcelona
  • Referral Program: Earn up to €2,000 for bringing friends, depending on the language/project
