Your Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in the Finnish market, understand their business needs, and offer tailored advertising solutions
- Manage a high volume of accounts while delivering strong sales performance
- Drive revenue growth through effective selling and consultative techniques
- Work with clear KPIs and performance targets
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide professional customer service while resolving inquiries efficiently
Your Profile
- BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred
- C2 level Finnish and high-level English, written and spoken
- Proven sales experience with strong persuasion skills
- Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Track record of achieving high-volume sales results
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
