Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional, high-quality support with strong customer satisfaction

• Use CRM, ticketing, and support tools effectively

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat

• Resolve inquiries within SLA using defined processes and knowledge resources

• Meet performance targets for handling time, first-call resolution, and satisfaction

• Share best practices and support team knowledge

• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on products and industry trends
