Role: Norwegian speaking Online Croupier

Salary:  basic plus fixed language bonus roughly EUR 27,390 p/a

This include the basic salary  of EUR 16,644 gross p/a 

+ Fixed language skills allowance 7.59 EUR extra p/production hr (roughly 895 EUR p/m = 10,747 EUR gross p/a)

+ Nightshift allowance 2 EUR extra p/production hr

+ up to €1,000 monthly performance bonuses 

Shifts: rotational 24x7 operation, 40 hrs per week (5 days of 8 hrs), so you sometimes work late or night shifts (4 days shift, 2/3 days off)

Relocation support: your flight to Malta will be booked and paid for you and there will be 14 days accommodation on arrival in a company apartment. Furthermore there will be extensive support for you available to help you find your own accomodation.

They specializes in delivering world-class live dealer games such as roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and game-show-inspired titles. They are renowned for its cutting-edge technology, state-of-the-art studios, and high-quality streaming, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience for players. For their studio in sunny Malta, they are looking for Norwegian speaking Online Croupiers.

As an online Croupier, you'll be the friendly face presenting the game for Norwegian-speaking players, broadcasting live from our client's studio in sunny Malta. Similar to a TV host, you'll engage with players in real time via a live chat system, ensuring each gaming session is exciting and interactive.  If you are outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly and not shy to talk in front of the camera then this role is for you!

You’ll be spending most of your working day live on camera; hosting games like Roulette and Black jack and interacting with players who are live-streaming the games to their devices.You will receive a full training program where you will be taught how to lead the games as well as how to look and act in front of the cameras.  

A good command of English

Ability to adapt and able to manage unexpected situations while maintaining the game's momentum

Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.

Competitive base salary, plus bonuses - expect to earn bonuses after completing training. Monthly bonuses can be up to 1,000 EUR p/m but on average are around 500 EUR p/m. Additional top up for night shift hrs.
