You will play a key role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all Supercell players. Your responsibilities will include the moderation of chat interactions, usernames, voice messages, and escalations originating from Customer Support.
Supercell is a mobile game developer based in Helsinki, Finland with offices in San Francisco, Tokyo, Seoul and Beijing. Its games are available for tablets and smartphones using both Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android operating systems. Since its founding in 2010, Supercell has brought three hugely successful games to the market – Clash of Clans, Hay Day and Boom Beach – and keeps continuously growing at a fast pace.
Responsibility
- Content Review: Evaluate all in-game content reported by Supercell players, ensuring it complies with Supercell’s Community Guidelines;
- Data Analysis: Analyze and assess the severity of reports to make well-informed decisions about each case;
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to address sensitive issues and provide swift resolutions;
- Reporting & Innovation: Use both qualitative and quantitative data to create insightful reports that drive continuous improvement and innovation in the Trust and Safety process;
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and analyze new features or potential risks, proposing initiatives to reduce or prevent abuse before it occurs.
