What will you do?
• Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales activities via phone, email, and social media
• Use a consultative approach to identify opportunities and qualify leads
• Guide prospects through the sales funnel and contribute to closing deals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared sales targets
• Support continuous improvement through proactive communication and feedback
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
• Fluency in Italian and English
• 1.5–2 years of sales experience, ideally within tech or digital advertising
• Strong understanding of business development and lead generation
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of digital advertising is considered a plus
