Customer Service Representative – German Speaking

About the Role
You'll handle travel related customer inquiries, resolve issues, and help guests book stays. This is an office-based role in Gdańsk.

Working Hours
Shifts 8-hour shifts between 07:00–00:00, Monday to Sunday
Expect to work 2-3 weekends per month
Full-time (40 hrs/week) or part-time (25–30 hrs/week) options
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Handle bookings, complaints, and account issues
Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate support
Manage multiple tasks at once
Follow company policies and hit performance targets
Escalate and resolve complex cases when needed
Location: On-site work from the office in Gdańsk
Employment type: Employment contract (subject to completion of an occupational health examination)
Salary: 49 PLN gross per hour
Working Schedule
Full-time, 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday)
8-hour shifts scheduled between shifts between 07:00–00:00
Flexibility required to work 2–3 weekends per month, if necessary
Training
Paid training
Duration: 10 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (8 hours per day)
Structure:
5.5 weeks of theory and training
Remaining time dedicated to nesting

Requirements
Fluent German (minimum C1 level)
Good English skills (minimum B2 level)
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
