Customer Service Representative – German Speaking

8,495 PLN gross/month (49 PLN/hour) + bonuses

About the Role
You'll handle travel related customer inquiries, resolve issues, and help guests book stays. This is an office-based role in Gdańsk.
Please note their is no relocation so candidates must live in the Gdansk area.
Working Hours
- Shifts between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday
 - Expect to work 2 weekends per month
 - Full-time (40 hrs/week) or part-time (25–30 hrs/week) options
 - Part-time salary is calculated pro rata
 
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
 - Handle bookings, complaints, and account issues
 - Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate support
 - Manage multiple tasks at once
 - Follow company policies and hit performance targets
 - Escalate and resolve complex cases when needed
 
Languages Required
- German (C1)
 - English (C1/B2)
 
Compensation & Bonuses
- 8,495 PLN gross/month (based on full-time)
 - Retention Bonus: Up to 1,500 PLN every 6 months
 - Performance Bonus: Up to 5% monthly
 - Anniversary Bonus: $150 gift after 1 year
