Are you a Norwegian speaker who enjoys helping people and solving problems? We are currently looking for Customer Support Agents to join a growing customer experience team at our Málaga office.

This is a great opportunity to work in an international team with innovative technology while living in southern Spain.

About the Role


As a Customer Support Agent, you will help customers with questions related to products, orders, and services. You will provide support mainly via phone, email, and chat while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product questions and troubleshooting
  • Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and accounts
  • Ensure a professional and friendly customer experience
  • Work closely with your team and follow internal processes

Requirements

  • Fluent Norwegian (written and spoken)
  • Good English skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in an international team environment
