We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service by handling incoming email inquiries, engaging in live chat support, and answering phone calls from clients. This position requires working on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to ensure 24/7 support availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Right: Must be an EU passport holder
Education: University degree or equivalent qualification.
Language Skills: Fluent in Turkish (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, within a 24/7 shift system.
Experience: Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
Training: One month of comprehensive training provided.
