What the role looks like:
- Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling/renewing products/services
- May have to offer upsell opportunities when applicable
- Work within the dedicated territory for clients
- Guide customers through onboarding after product purchase and promote strategic adoption of product(s) enhancing the customer experience, establishing optimal usage behaviours and accelerating the customer's time to value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve a superior customer experience
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner
- This is a Hybrid position with a standard working time – Monday - Friday - 9:00 till 18:00
