DESCRIPTION
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in German.
Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
Excited about the opportunity to contribute to Volkswagen's continued success and growth in the automotive sector.
The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
