DESCRIPTION
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: Flemish speaking Betting Support Agent
Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1,100 (paid 14 x per year) + 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher and 20 Euro transport allowance
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational
Relocation package: flight reimbursement at the end of the 6th month of contract - up to 400€ plus room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from your salary)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through multiple channels, including incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media.
- Provide quick and effective solutions for account setup, verification, login issues, financial inquiries, and technical guidance.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers, offering expert advice within the sports industry.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through open and engaging communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Offer insights and recommendations to enhance internal processes and improve the customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent Flemish and English
- Previous Customer Support experience desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to details
