We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading financial services company. In this role, you will assist customers with payment and financing inquiries, provide clear guidance on financial processes, and deliver excellent customer support while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.

 

 

Handle inbound customer calls related to payments, financing, and checkout options.

 

Guide customers through finance agreements and payment processes.

 

Resolve inquiries involving refunds, chargebacks, billing, and account verification.

 

Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.

 

Follow compliance procedures, security protocols, and escalation guidelines.

 

Ensure timely resolutions and deliver a professional customer experience.

 

 

Dutch: C1 level (required).

 

English: C1 level (required).

 

Education: Minimum high school diploma.

 

Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

 

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

 

Ability to handle sensitive financial information accurately and confidentially.

 

 

Basic Salary: €950 gross per month.

 

Dutch Language Bonus: €350 gross per month.

 

Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary after the first three months, based on KPIs.

 

Payment Schedule: Monthly, at the end of each month.

Operating Hours: Operating Hours: Monday – Sunday 09:00-19:00 Training Period: Monday – Friday 09:00-18:00
