The client is a leading global technology company that provides a cutting-edge platform to remotely access, control, and support devices. Their software solutions empower our users and customers to bridge distances and digitalize their processes through seamless connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Support existing customers with their technical and accounting issues across phone, ticket and chat
• Demonstrate the software solutions to customers, presenting functionality to solve IT challenges
• Identify customer needs and communicate requests to the sales department
• Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for the customers

Mandatory Requirements

• Perfect fluency in German (C2, spoken and written) and strong business proficiency in English (B2 at least)
• Solid customer service experience (in a call center environment or similar fast-paced environment)
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting with a few days on-site in Porto
• Willingness to travel to Germany for the first 1.5 week of the onboarding (accommodation & flights covered)
• Long-term intentions in Porto
• A valid EU pass or working permit for Portugal

Great to have: 

• Other languages, such as Italian, Spanish or French are a plus
• University degree in the field of economics or similar
• Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit

The offer: 

• Permanent contract with 6 months probation
• Hybrid work ( 2 days in the office, 3 from home) 
• Up to 40 days remote work outside of Portugal (after 6 months)
• 25.000 € base salary + up to 5000 € in performance bonus + 2400 € net in meal allowances
• Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00-17:00
