Our multicultural client is searching for Dutch speakers, that want to work within customer service. We are looking specifically for you, if you have a good work attitude and service in your blood.

Your Responsibilities
- Log all inbound and outbound contacts and update customer records.
- Conduct technical troubleshooting for customers.
- Escalate relevant customer issues to higher departments.
- Assist with customer order fulfillment, including providing information, tracking orders, managing returns, and handling payment inquiries.
- Track and follow cases to ensure efficient closure.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, showing empathy.
- Up-sell and/or cross-sell products or services when appropriate.
The Ideal Profile
- Native level Dutch (C2) , fluent English (C1)
- Previous experience in Customer Support
- Desire to work in Lisbon, Portugal
- EU citizenship or valid Work VISA is necessary to hold before to start the application process.
- Can-do attitude
