Your Role

As a Customer or Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat). Your goal is to deliver excellent service with empathy and professionalism while solving issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues or provide product support
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Collaborate with teammates and escalate complex cases when needed
• Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and problem-solvingly, and excel in data entry and software use. Elevate customer service for top brands with us!

• Native or Proficient in Czech OR Slovak Language.
• English on a communicative level.
• Politeness, courtesy, and good communication skills.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in groups.
• Flexibility in working hours and ability to work in shifts.
• EU Passport or valid work visa.
