Main tasks:
- Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, chat and email to French-speaking customers and digital advertisers.
- Assist with account setup, pre-sales questions and digital marketing campaign optimization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, document case information and follow escalation processes to resolution.
- Collaborate with technicians and update internal ticketing systems in English.
