Your mission

Help create a safer and more trusted online environment.

As a Digital Safety Backoffice Analyst, you will review platform activity, identify potential risks, investigate suspicious behavior, and support the enforcement of platform policies and community standards. Your work will contribute directly to protecting users, reducing online threats, and improving the overall safety of digital platforms.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help identify emerging risks, support investigations, and provide valuable insights that contribute to better decision-making and stronger safety measures.

What you bring

Fluent German and strong English communication skills.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of information.

Interest in online safety, digital platforms, and risk management.

Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems quickly.

Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, content moderation, compliance, risk analysis, or customer support will be considered an advantage.

Your schedule

07:00–22:00 | Monday–Sunday

You will work 8-hour shifts within the operating hours, following a rotating schedule with 5 working days per week and 2 days off.

The role includes a combination of scheduled daytime and evening shifts.
