Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant looking for your next opportunity in an international environment?
We are partnering with a leading global company in travel management, corporate cards, and expense solutions to find a German-speaking Business Travel Consultant to join their team in Berlin.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid setup — enjoy the flexibility of working mostly from home while visiting the office just once per week (4 days/month).
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting corporate travelers via phone, email, and chat
- Managing complex travel bookings including flights, rail, accommodation, and additional services
- Assisting customers with travel tools and self-service platforms
- Ensuring smooth, high-quality travel experiences while following company travel policies
- Handling urgent travel requests and delivering excellent customer support
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent German (C1+) and good English
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Travel Consultant role
- 3+ years of GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – mandatory
- Strong experience with air, rail, and accommodation bookings
- A customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
What’s in it for you?
- Salary up to €55,000 gross/year
- Hybrid work model – mainly remote
- Monday–Friday schedule only (No weekends or bank holidays)
