Main Responsibilities
Execute and ensure the monthly payroll process for various European countries
Validate data, time records and all required documentation
Prepare reports and ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations
Support onboarding, offboarding and contractual changes
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (HR, Finance, vendors, employees)
Provide guidance to international employees regarding payroll‑related queries
