The Role: German speaking Content Moderator - Hybrid

Salary: €1,725 gross per month (approx 1450 euros net)

Relocation package: Up to €200 reimbursement for flights (paid after probation) and 5 days hotel stay (up to 3 weeks if needed).

We have a fantastic new opportunity with our client on the island of Malta for German speakers to join a fantastic international team of Content Moderators. Their office is based in the centre of the island but there is the option to work from home from anywhere in Malta after the intial training period.

The role

Our client is a fast growing tech-company providing content moderation solutions to online marketplaces around the world. As a Content Moderator you will be reviewing and moderating ads and user-profiles with high accuracy. You will make sure that items are placed in the right category, are free from scams, doesn't include any illegal items, and much more. Part of your role will be also to provide feedback on trends, common end-user mistakes and questions. Besides this your input for improvement of publication rules to improve user experiences is valued. This is a very busy role in a fast paced environment, which suits someone that wants to make a positive impact on the digital world.

The Successful Content Moderator has:

• Fluent in German and have good knowledge of English
• Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ideally interested in marketplaces, shared economy and new technology
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus

Salary, Benefits and Relocation Package

Gross monthly salary around 1725 Euros p/m plus monthly bonusses up to 75 euros.
