Position: Poly Sales Specialist (English, Czech/Polish)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to expand Poly business in Central and Eastern European markets.
• Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to resource for teams on Poly-related queries, sharing insights and updates directly from Poly.
• Negotiation & Pricing: Assist in special pricing deals, negotiating competitive prices to close deals successfully.
• Product Expertise: Deliver compelling product presentations to customers, demonstrating deep product knowledge and effective communication.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present weekly business development reports to management.
• Participate in Market Development: Offer valuable insights during market development activities and manage promotional requests.

Who We're Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record in KPIs and sales achievements.
• Driven & Competitive: A winning attitude and a proactive approach to customer interactions.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and either Czech or Polish.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with the IT market.
• Adaptable & Collaborative: Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and function well within a team.
