We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Trust & Safety Specialist with fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills to join our Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content and account information, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and helping maintain a safe and trusted online environment.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable making decisions involving sensitive or potentially disturbing content. You will play a critical role in identifying risks, investigating suspicious activity, and enforcing community standards.

Review user-generated content, account information, and back-office data to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Analyze potentially sensitive, graphic, or disturbing content while maintaining professional judgment.

Take prompt and appropriate action on content, accounts, or activities that violate policies or pose risks.

Apply internal policies consistently and accurately while maintaining high-quality decision-making standards.

Monitor trends and identify behavioral patterns that may indicate fraud, spam, abuse, or other harmful activities.

Escalate complex cases when necessary and provide clear rationale for decisions.

Stay informed about policy updates and operational procedures to ensure accurate implementation.

Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure digital environment for users.

Fluent Polish language skills (written and spoken).

English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Knowledge of online safety, community guidelines, and content moderation practices.
