Are you fluent in Dutch and English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria as a Solutions Consultant.
In this role, you’ll support customers in getting the most out of their products and services, providing expert guidance, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

About you
We’re looking for someone who:
Is fluent in Dutch and English
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoys helping customers and solving problems
Is confident using technology and learning new products
Has a customer-focused and professional approach
Is adaptable, motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Is willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
Previous customer service, sales, technical support, or consulting experience is an advantage, but full training is provided.
