For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Junior Technical Support Advisor with Slovak (Relocation).

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries clearly and efficiently via phone and chat;
• Support with basic questions and non-technical issues;
• Provide timely and accurate information;
• Follow internal guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Work with team members and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Slovak and English at B2 level;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude;
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly;
• Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
