DESCRIPTION
Polish-Speaking Customer Service Representative | Remote - relocation to Bulgaria required.
Location: Remote (relocation to Bulgaria required.)
Start Date: 27 July
Gross Salary: €1,329/month + Bonuses

What you'll do:
Provide customer support via inbound phone calls.
Assist customers with technical issues and product-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
Handle complaints professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
What we offer:
Gross monthly salary: €1,329
Performance bonus: Up to 10% of your gross salary after the first 3 months (based on KPIs)
€2,000 Signing Bonus paid over your first 12 months
