Our client is expanding their Dutch-speaking team in Lisbon and is looking for motivated individuals ready to relocate and build something meaningful, not just fill a seat.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable, and persuasive voice (and keyboard) that Dutch-speaking customers turn to. This role has a strong focus on activation and sales. On a daily basis, you will:

• Conduct outbound calls to former customers to understand their needs and encourage them to return
• Present tailored solutions and address any obstacles preventing reactivation
• Support customers on multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
• Answer questions related to plans, deliveries, flexibility, and product options
• Ensure a smooth customer experience through clear communication and effective problem-solving

No previous experience in sales or customer support? No problem. You’ll receive an intensive 6-day training program (8 hours per day) to set you up for success from day one.

• Salary: Total compensation of €1,784. per month
• Working hours: 40 hours per week on a rotational schedule, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 21:00
