DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting on behalf of a major international business partner in Sofia for an expanding high-performance sales project. This fast-paced campaign focuses on B2B and B2C customer acquisition, inbound sales conversions, and outbound appointment setting for top global brands. Operating out of a state-of-the-art office hub, the project emphasizes modern sales enablement, continuous professional growth, and a dynamic target-driven culture.
Your Role
- Connect with prospective clients or customers to identify opportunities, pitch tailored solutions, and secure qualified appointments or close sales.
- Navigate objections seamlessly, guide prospects through the conversion pipeline, and meet individual and team performance metrics.
- Maintain high energy and professionalism, ensuring every touchpoint positions the brand favorably
REQUIREMENTS
- Persuasive communicator with a natural instinct for sales and target achievement
- Fluent in Dutch with professional proficiency in English
- Resilient under pressure, thrives in a metric-driven environment, and stays focused on closing
- Fast learner who easily adapts to new product lines, sales scripts, and CRM software
- Background in sales, telemarketing, business development, or lead generation is a plus but not needed
