We are recruiting German-speaking (C1) professionals for a voice-based role combining inbound customer support and outbound sales, supporting a large European telecommunications project.
This position involves both inbound and outbound calls and is suitable only for candidates who are comfortable with active sales conversations on the phone.

???? About the Role (Inbound & Outbound)
- Inbound calls from existing customers
- Outbound sales calls to promote and upsell telecom products and services
- Performance-driven role with commission-based earnings
???? Working Hours
- Monday – Friday 8 hours full time or 4 hours part time. (no night shifts.)
- Start times: 08:00 / 08:30 / 09:00 / 09:30 / 10:00
- Afternoon shifts available for part-time employees
???????? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound phone-based sales
- Support customers with:
- Mobile contracts
- Billing and invoice queries
- Internet and connectivity issues
- Router troubleshooting
- Technician visits
- Fibre contracts and offers
- Identify customer needs and actively sell relevant products
- Achieve sales, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
- Communicate in a professional, confident, and solution-oriented manner
