TELUS International AI (“TIAI”) is seeking Danish speakers for our project

Task Description: participants to assess artificial intelligence outputs for quality, accuracy, and relevance according to detailed guidelines, providing critical feedback to improve machine learning models for search engines, chatbots, or recommendation systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing datasets, rating AI-generated content (text, images, etc.) and ensuring compliance with standards. The work will be executed in the customer tool and the user will be provided with instructions to login and execute the task.

The users will be primarily provided with tasks with Target language recruited for and when there is low work in Target language, they can avail English tasks as well, unless the user confirms that they are not comfortable rating english tasks.

Expected Project Duration: December 2025 – December 2026

Estimated time to complete the task: 3 minutes per task and minimum 20 ratings per hour.

Availability for this project: 10 to 20 hrs a week

Compensation:

• 18 USD/hour (0.9 USD per unit)
• This is an independent contractor opportunity.
• Payment will be processed via Hyperwallet.
• Payment will be made after tasks are approved in the QA phase

Qualification path

• 18 + years of age
• A desktop or a Laptop with latest Chrome Browser
• Stable Internet connection for the duration of the task
• English and Danish Language proficiency
• strong analytical skills, attention to detail, familiarity with the subject matter, and the ability to work independently
• There will be two levels of tests the user will be required to clear before they move into the production.
• Screening process: Language Test & Project eligibility test
• Training Evaluation - Users will be tested post to self paced training (reading the guideline) and only upon clearance will be moved to production.
