Dutch - Speaking Customer Experience Agent

DESCRIPTION
We are seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Agents to join a dynamic international team within the iGaming industry.
This is not your typical customer service role – you’ll be supporting players across sportsbook and casino products, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and engaging experience every time.

As part of the team, you’ll handle customer queries via live chat, email, and phone, while also supporting account, payment, and verification processes. You’ll act as a key contact point for players, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and effectively, while contributing ideas to continuously improve customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries via calls, live chat, and email
- Take ownership of customer cases that require follow-up until resolution
- Liaise with internal teams and providers to ensure efficient problem-solving
- Approve withdrawal requests and handle KYC/EDD documentation
- Conduct daily security checks on new accounts and payment transactions
- Contribute to achieving team KPIs and departmental SLAs
- Share customer feedback to help shape processes, self-service tools, and knowledge bases
- Support ad hoc tasks such as analysing customer contact trends and providing insights
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in sports and casino is a plus
- Previous customer service experience desirable, but not essential
- Flexible to work shifts, including nights
- Organised, adaptable, and able to multitask
