Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in English (minimum B2) both written and spoken communication
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Background or experience in IT technologies/products, particularly in Cloud solutions or tools related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows is valuable
Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective resolution of issues.
