Our Client

What you'll do
- Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, web forms or Social Media 1:1);
- Manage consumer requests relating to Information and complaints;
- Provide excellent solutions, and service;
- Provide product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner;
- ECOM advice (questions related to returns, deliveries or refunds);
- Care advice (questions related to products, product alternatives or product specifics);
- Database maintenance (questions related to GDPR, unsubscribing from newsletters, data breaches);
- HRC (registration of reports about health-related conditions).
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction;
- Customer orientation, problem solving skills, teamwork;
- Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
- Availability to work on shifts;
- Prior experience in Cosmetics and Luxury sector is a plus;
- Knowledge and experience with digital and social media.
