Community Specialist (German market) for the L'Oréal brand

Your Responsibilities

•  Customer communication & advice: You’ll respond to comments and direct messages across all social media channels, advise customers on beauty products and offer quick solutions.
• Community management: You’ll moderate and engage with the online community, act as a brand ambassador and ensure that the correct ‘tone of voice’ is maintained at all times.
• Problem-solving & Escalation: You will follow up on customer enquiries until they are fully resolved and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments (such as the Social Media Manager).
• Social Listening & Reporting: You will monitor trends as well as critical or viral topics, oversee quality, and produce analyses and reports using the Sprinklr tool.

• Native German speaker with excellent communication skills
• Social media expertise: Previous experience in community management on social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) or significant experience in content creation on your own channels with a large number of followers.
• Soft skills: High level of empathy, strong focus on customer satisfaction, customer-centric approach, problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• IT skills: Good IT skills, as well as proficiency and speed in using reporting tools to track interactions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts.
