  • Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and chat.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring an optimal customer experience.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing contacts, responding quickly and accurately to customer queries.
  • Applying the brand tone to deliver a high-quality experience.
  • Utilising problem-solving skills to achieve First Contact Resolution.
  • Selling and promoting customer loyalty, and optimising order value.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and good in English (B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for customer service and brand representation.
  • Problem-solving ability and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
