What will you do?

As a Customer Representative (Italian-Speaking), you will support customers with their insurance policies and provide assistance throughout their customer journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handle customer requests via phone and chat
• Provide clear information about insurance policies and services
• Process customer requests through the policy administration system
• Prepare and send replies, contractual documents and relevant information by email or post
• Update customer and policy information
• Process policy changes and payment detail updates
• Handle requests related to claims and cancellations
• Index and electronically archive documents
• Ensure a professional, clear and positive customer experience

What are we looking for?

You’ll be a great match if you:

• Have C2-level Italian
• Have a B2 level of English
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Communicate in a professional, clear and diplomatic way
• Have previous customer service experience – a plus
• Are proactive, organized and self-motivated
• Enjoy working as part of an international team
