Responsibilities:

• Help clients achieve their business goals by recommending tailored advertising solutions;
• Support and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients;
• Suggest campaign improvements and introduce products that add value;
• Stay in regular contact with clients via phone and email, providing helpful insights;
• Build strong, lasting relationships based on trust and performance;
• Keep up to date with digital advertising tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset;
• Motivated to help clients succeed and comfortable working toward goals;
• Confident in spotting opportunities and addressing challenges positively;
• Fluent in Italian and excellent English skills;
• Adaptable, quick learner, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
