DESCRIPTION
As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist with Italian and English, you will:
Review user-generated back-office information, which may include sensitive or potentially disturbing content, ensuring compliance with established policies and guidelines
Take prompt and appropriate action on content or information that violates policies or presents potential risks
Stay updated on internal procedures and policies to ensure accurate implementation
Identify and analyze trends and patterns to proactively mitigate risks
REQUIREMENTS
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with sensitive information in a professional manner
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to justify actions through logical reasoning
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize patterns and behaviors
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the flexibility to manage changing priorities and workloads
- Previous experience in fraud investigation, content moderation, spam detection, or similar areas is considered an advantage
Required Qualifications:
Fluent Italian language skills
English language skills at B2 level or higher
