Your Responsibilities
- Reach out to former customers and encourage them to reactivate their business activity.
- Manage your own portfolio of accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Create and follow a clear action plan to grow your portfolio and increase client investment.
- Identify new business opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing sector.
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online meetings.
- Understand each client’s business goals and provide tailored recommendations to support their success.
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients and deliver the right solutions when needed.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and other key performance indicators.
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile
- Native or high level of Italian and a good level of English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or an outsourcing environment.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and the full sales pipeline.
- Ability to work with a value-based sales approach in a dynamic environment.
- Interest or experience in marketing is highly valued.
- Strong organisational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
